As with any online purchase, our Refund Policy is governed by specific terms and conditions. By purchasing a training course from Edudew, you agree to abide by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

Self-Paced Learning:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
  • Have consumed less than 25% of the video-learning content.
  • Not have requested any exam voucher or kit.

Any refund request failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

Instructor-Led Training:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
  • Not have attended more than one (1) live online class.
  • Not have requested any exam voucher or kit.

Any refund request failing to meet all these requirements will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

For Refund requests you can go to our Contact Us page and mention the Application ID in the subject input field and provide other details like Course Name and Date of Purchase. You can send these details directely to our official mail ID info@edudew.com , we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments:

Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after you have submitted your request.

Edudew reserves the right to revise this policy without prior notice.
